Duties and Responsibilities:
• To operate and maintain the service of steam boiler
• To operate the Air Compressor/ Package Crusher/ Underfloor conveyor and feed water system and carry out timely maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain and manage day to day activities of engineering workshop and all the seminar room equipment’s are working according to set standard.
• Maintain spare parts store in the training center.
• Carryout all the day to day and maintenance of the entire training center facilities.
• Carryout all the general maintenance mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing and air condition equipment in the training center facility as per the direction of the training manager.
• Responsible for all the machineries in the training hall to be best operation state.
• Responsible for all the lightning/ water/ doors if any etc. in the training facility.
• Having a good analytical and trouble skills for day to day operation of all the equipment.
• To support the trainer as and when they request the support.
• Making the certificates for all the participants in the training.
• Maintain the skills matrix for all the field service engineer
I have knowledge to maintain and repair the blowing machine, filler, caper, labeling, shrink tunnel machine, industrial inkjet printer (hitachi inkjet printer), conveyor, chiller, cooling tower, high pressure compressor, and boiler. I have knowledge also in electrical troubleshooting, control panel installation, welding, and computer troubleshooting both hardware and software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to all major machines in bottling plant such as filler, capper, labeling, wrapping, blowing machine, boiler, compressor, and chiller.
Can able to troubleshoot electrical system failures.
Can able to work with a high degree of independence.
Diagnose failures of all machines and disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as necessary.
Maintain records such as daily checklist and all necessary documents for maintenance department as required.
Assist with the setting and running of blow molding machinery and work collaboratively with the team to ensure quality assurance and productivity measures are met.
Responsible in the manual and automated setting of Blow moulding machinery, Material handling, Machine Operating,
Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the manual and automated setting of Blow moulding machinery, Material handling, Machine Operating, QA Inspection, Packaging and relevant trouble shooting.
• Completing preventative and corrective maintenance, meeting safety and quality requirements of customers.
• Performs mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of Blow Molding Machine.
• Repairs and adjusts machinery and documenting all changes.
• Performs quality control checks of material and finished product according to customer specifications.
