• Establish and communicate Quality Assurance strategic objectives and plans to meet business needs and strategic direction for global factories.
• Establish Sustainability required activities and objectives for the sector with corporate Sustainability department and communicate with sector companies
• Establish, follow up and improve annual unified Quality Assurance and sustainability cycle implemented in countries including internal and external audit plans to achieve desired standards
• Manage agreements with certification bodies to renew certifications
• Lead the acquiring / renewal process of Quality Assurance (such as ISO) and sustainability certificates with 3rd parties
• Lead the sector to pass external audits from certification bodies, clients, etc.
• Follow up the identification, analysis and closure of Non conformities ensuring corrective and preventive measures are taken
• Develop unified sector Quality assurance tools, systems, procedures, etc. to ensure countries integration within sector
• Design activities to Improve quality assurance awareness and culture within the sector and develop quality assurance teams’ capabilities
• Closely supervise and participate in Egypt QA and Sustainability activities ensuring effectiveness and efficiency
•Schedule quality inspections, collect quality data, analyze data, and submit Quality reports.
•Control the COPQ to achieve the industrial target.
•Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the Quality standard & include sub-contractors perf.
•Recommend updates/changes to the Quality Program to achieve improvements in quality, client relationships and customer service.
•Ensuring all Quality functions is performed in accordance with the accepted Quality Control Plan.
•Ensure all identified discrepancies are properly documented, forwarded to the correct person, and that follow up inspections are scheduled as required.
•Follows Company and Site policies and procedures and updates site specific procedures directly related to Quality Management system.
•Follows all applicable safe practices. Supports the plant manager in the operation of this manufacturing facility in a manner that promotes employee safety, housekeeping, and compliance with HSE standards.
•Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
•Part of the lean six sigma projects team work to achieve the minimum process variability so that to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
•Work with the Production staff - in a constructive manner - to resolve and correct production techniques or practices which result in quality problems and/or decreased productivity.
•working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
•Interact with the research & development staff, on behalf of the manufacturing group, to ensure that new projects are within the capabilities of the production staff
•Site compliance to ISO9001:2015 and QMS programs and lead both internal and external audits.
•Ensure that all lab equipment is properly maintained.
•Keep the Industrial director informed of any obstacles which prevent achievement of the above goals.
- Responsible for the assembly/manufacturing process for all lines.
- Prepares all the PIM's (production improvement matrix) OID's (open issues deck) for
all lines.
- Responsible for the COPQ ( cost of poor quality) for all production lines.
- Responsible to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis,
poka-yokes (error proofing), 4C, 5Y, 8D and implementing short-term and long-term
Countermeasures.
- Act as a point of contact for warranty issues.
- Management of the Quality Engineers and Technicians in the sign-off of parts and the
Resolution of internal/external quality concerns.
- Report against agreed quality metrics on a monthly basis.
- Lead regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments
To establish an action plan for improving build quality
- In conjunction with the Supplier Quality Assurance function, reduce the effect of non-
conforming supplier materials on the production area quality
- Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of
Needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
- Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver
Projects, including the engagement of external resources as required.
- Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct
Reports, Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing Quality Operations team that meets
Agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous
Improvements

•Working by the statistical process control (S.P.C) and all the quality tools including six sigma.
•Conforming & reviewing of the quality plans during all production process.

•Issue the inspection of in process products related documents (work instruction, inspection instruction, …etc)
• Full awareness of installing all measuring machines.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational quality plans in support of the company's objectives.
• Experience with the requirements of ISO International Standards including audit, registration and certification programs preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for customer, supplier, and internal organizations.
• Full awareness of quality / environment management system ( ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and MBNQA)
• Full awareness of MIL., BS, FED. Standard for Mechanical & Optoelectronics of sub-assembly and complete assembly.
• Full awareness of prototype/ zero batch/field test documentations
• Full awareness of environmental standards (MIL-STD-810, BS, FED., .etc.)
