• Treating a wide range of neurological and congenital conditions in Paediatrics, aiming to improve quality of life, muscle balance regain normal function and aim to help to reach milestones of development, Taylor fitting therapy regimes to improve the quality of our Paediatric patients.

• Treating both long term resident adults, with traumatic brain injuries, hypoxic brain injuries and post stroke as well as post acute stroke patients for rehabilitation post discharge home, Developing programmes of maintenance or progression depending on condition or disease progression.

• In this role I assist with Supervision and Guidance of junior therapists and staff. Trainnig and orientation of new staff .Manual handling trainer and preceptor of all staffs at Amana Healthcare.

• I conduct interviews of new staff and lead the team in the absence of The Therapy Manager. I also liaise with many outside company’s regarding equipment for our residents and also set up and implement out quality of life programme where we arrange and make possible life time wishes for our younger residents.

• I hold the role as Occupational Musculoskeletal physiotherapist whereby I diagnose and treat staff of Amana who are injured or sore. In this role I treat and provide exercise programmes and ongoing care and support for injured staff.

• When working in Amana, I work very closely within the MDT where we aim to offer an all round medical and holistic approach to patient centred care.
