Checking and operating the cash register at the beginning and at the end.

Generates the check-out count report of each cashiers for the final result of the closing procedure revealing the actual overages / shortages,

Preparing reconciliation sheet as per daily wise cashier till summary.

Handling central petty cash and posting all payment and receipt entries in oracle.
Handling day to day activities Posting of Local Purchase Order, Delivery note, Invoices and quotation.
Participating in store Audit and stock Physical count events.
Maintaining Petty Cash, posting payment voucher and receipt voucher
Generating age analysis report for debtors & creditors and follow-ups with debtors and prepare cheque’s on monthly basis
Documentation work
Prepare Salary Statement and distribute salary.
