The role mapped within a Business Development & Marketing Division entails end-to-end planning and execution of all activities that facilitate product growth and continued sustainability and relevance. This includes planning and implementation of the publication calendar (recruit writers, proof read and copy edit articles process payments, etc.), budget planning and management, partner/stakeholder engagement and management across the public and private sector, identification of activities that boost investor relations, product risk analysis and proposition of corrective/preventative measures and coordination of digital/social media marketing and product related PR activities.

Ad-on core deliverables within the job is supporting the Divisional Head, coordinating trainings, and ensuring a seamless planning, coordination and monitoring of Divisional performance. Key achievements are:
 Developed a journal from a concept to a fully-fledged publication.
 Successfully drafted the publication policy, guidelines, communication strategy and plan.
 Launched a ‘Let’s Chat Series’ for the Tax Prism.
 Introduced a ‘Let’s Grow Together’ segment in support CSR activities to strengthen partner /investor relations.
 Grew the profile of the Tax Prism locally and abroad by extending readership and targeting world-class writers.
 Grew the number of writers/Subject Matter Experts to 150 as at April 2022 against a target of 60.
 Grew the Tax Prism LinkedIn page following by 253% (set target 300 followers within 3 months against an actual performance of 706 followers).
 Successfully coordinated 3 Ethics & Leadership for National Security trainings with the National Defence College as a training coordinator.
 As the performance-contracting champion of the Division, I delivered over 100% of key result areas in the FY 2021-2022 embracing best practices in performance management and contracting.
