I worked as a crewing officer . So I need to check our company mail id for the requirements send by the client shipping companies and provide them with the suitable candidate according to their criteria.
1. Communicate with the candidate and check the availability for joining
2. Conduct a short term interview from my side as a crewing officer.
3. Propose the selected candidates to the shipping company attached by the interview feedback of each candidate
4. Take responsibility and should follow up the candidates selected by our clients.
5. Arrange the papper works and medical check up
6. Should take responsibility untill the candidate fly from india
