Sulfur Recovery Unit

Job Responsibilities
• Looking after all field operations in Sour Water Stripping Unit, Amine Regeneration Unit, LPG and Sour Fuel Gas Absorber Units, and Sulphur Recovery Units and report field status to Panel Operator and Supervisors.

• Equipment handling like Centrifugal Pumps, Reciprocating Pumps, Compressors and Blowers, Heat Exchangers, Strippers, Absorbers, Claus Reactors, CBA Reactors, Reaction Furnaces, Burners, Super Heaters, HP, LP, and LLP steam condensers, Coalescer, and Filters.

• Monitor and operate the equipment for safe and efficient operations, troubleshoot plant operation abnormalities and take corrective actions.

• Safe preparation of Equipment for maintenance, enforcing the safety rules and housekeeping in the area, and assist the maintenance and technical groups working in the area during normal and shutdown activities.

• Perform all activities in the area, including, but not limited to, operation of the equipment, preparation for maintenance, preventive maintenance activities, equipment monitoring, minor maintenance, and other routine duties.
