Prepare and edit correspondence, minutes of meeting, reports, presentations and other documents as needed. Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing. Assist with data entry, record-keeping and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets. Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars.
Prepares and maintains the 201 files of the employees. Answering the telephone queries. Prepares and encodes the timekeeping of employees every cut-off. Arranging training/meeting schedules via zoom. Preparing the list of participants/trainees. Sending E-Registration Form for the participants via email. Verifying the PDOS Endorsements. Prepares the Monthly Report.
Entering data, maintaining databases and crew files, managing hard copies, scanning documents and handling other data-related tasks. Entering accurate data while following all regulations and maintaining confidentiality. Responsible for checking the validity and authenticity of crew documents and certificates. Monitors status of crew documentation in coordination with the Fleet Personnel Planner/Senior Crewing Officer. Ensures that crew documents/requirements are complete before dispatch. Prepares application/revalidation of COP in coordination with the Liaison Group and ensures that all necessary requirements are complete prior processing.
