As a chief pharmacist my role is to control and check all the drug inventory, contacting doctors, and satying up to date in phamaceutical drug innovation in order to provide the best drug treatment for the patient.
As a manager, i develop and manage the work flow in order to provide and build a policy of trust, care and profit for both the patients and the pharmacy, also managing a good relation between the employees and keeping up the team spirit.

• Self‐directed learning: information given by the Week Learning Objectives (WLOs) and for every delivery (lecture, tutorial or practical) and provision of appropriate learning resources will enable the students to enrich their medical knowledge.
• An enquiry‐structured study strategy (case‐based, problem‐based learning): stimulates the group to explore basic scientific and clinical mechanisms togetherwith social, psychological, ethnical and professional issues based on the state ofthe art Harvard medical curriculum.
• Teaching and practicing clinical manoeuvres on manikins providing skills in a risk‐free environment.
• Develop and foster excellence in human genetic research and education, and provide a bridge between the basic and clinical sciences particularly as they relate to understanding and treating human diseases (The LAU Institute for Human Genetics).
‐Acting as chief pharmacist forthe operational military troops in Beirut area. ‐Identifies and establishes possible partnerships with international organizations for harmonization of Quality Assurance policy in the Lebanese military pharmacy units.
