Appointed distributors in every market and established an offshore company based in the free zone of Lebanon to serve all distributors through an efficient supply chain system avoiding double customs and sales tax.

• Reengineered new store design and changed shopping environment resulting in an increase of 18% in audience and reduced turnover of staff by 50% after fostering a store-friendly culture.

Averda employs more than 10, 000 employees and operates more than 1200 trucks serving more than 47, 000 customers with a turnover exceeding USD500M.

Brought on-board to determine the value proposition and “go to” market plan for the launch of Averda in Saudi Arabia. Managed business plan, marketing strategy, sales strategy, pricing strategy, and company image. Successfully placed Averda as an integrated waste management solution (collection, treatment and disposal) by introducing new services to the market, which were considered revolutionary including but not limited to recycling, soil remediation, confidential document shredding, underground containers, and Reverse Vending Machines.

• Increased the number of customers from 1 to more than 1100 permanent and 2250 temporary clients spread all over the 3 main regions of KSA which skyrocketed revenues to exceed $35M
• Increased Manpower from 5 to 356 and fleet to 170 heavy and medium trucks
• Created a world-class sales and customer service department resulting in a churn rate of less than 1%.
• Obtained the necessary classification from the ministry of interior allowing the company to enter the city cleaning sector with projects up to $40M
• Introduced tracking and weighing software allowing instant issuing of service tickets and immediate integration with the billing system while monitoring warehouse stock levels.

• Transferred to duplicate performance in Saudi to the Levant region and turned around an underperforming $124 million regional division, streamlining 4 business units around a coherent commercial and operational regional strategy, restoring profitability, producing higher-than-market revenue gains, winning market share and delivering double-digit EBITA growth.
• Launched both the B2C and B2B sales channels on top of the Direct to Home, Dealers and Non Standard sales channels to add incremental sales and profits.
• Recognized for contribution to successful control of grey market with regards to imports of web-based decoders as well as persecuting TV content pirates while working closely with legislative bodies to enforce law implementation, which generated an incremental $5M in sales annually.

• Kept abreast of market trends, competitors activities which allowed introducing different packages with a 13% higher ARPU.

• Dar SAS: a security company providing 1700 security guards for the banking sector stationed and mobile generating USD 26M turnover
