Principal Task & Responsibilities:

 Received and check delivery for raw materials and chemical supplies as per
standard specification, brand, formulation and content.
 Prepare chemical as requested for plant production with approved documents following SOP and SP.
 Assure accurate chemical composition, correct label and distribution to respective department.
 Store and release supply on timely manner for daily operation.
 Controls all stock movement following Company Policy and Standards.
 Maintains accurate record for chemical dispatch issuance.
 Provides standard specification on new raw materials and chemicals.
 Forward all deliveries to respective storage.
 Coordinate with production supervisors for material consumption, requisition and issuance.
 Prepares order for Stocks Replenishment.
 Prepares Daily, Weekly & Monthly Inventory Report.
 Coordinates with Japanese Representative, and all Department heads for orientation of new projects.
 Request all needed raw materials for weekly consumption.
