HR and Administrative functions
* Coordinate with Group Admin department on statuses of new recruits in the labour
office and immigration.
* Ensure that all new staffs’ personal information and documents are entered and uploaded on
the HR system.
Preparing Enquiry Review forms for client enquiries and forwarding to the
Commercial department.
* Sending out regret enquiry letters & project related letters as advised by the Business
Development Manager.
* Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents
and communicating relevant information.
* Responsible for generating Month End Reports.
* Make business travel arrangements.
* Handling reception duties.
* Performing Secretarial duties for the Business Development Manager as and when
required.
Greet and welcome guests and escort them to the concerned person/department.
* Answering, screening and forwarding all calls.
* Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries/couriers.
* Update calendars and schedule meetings.
* Assisting Commercial team in preparing quotation & sending enquiries to suppliers.
