Obtain a position in the field of Gas turbines Preventive Maintenance, Running Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
•Preparing work permits and takes a lead role.
•Receive work schedule from supervisor and coordinates all activities with operators to trouble shoot and to solve the problem on equipment
•Daily routine inspection with plant inspection and monitoring the temperature, vibration of whole rotary equipment.
•Maintenance and service of Centrifugal Pumps, Screw pumps, reciprocating Pumps, heat exchangers, high pressure reactor, Gear Boxes.
•Equipment Maintenance History updating and record keeping.
•Preventive& break down maintenance, and troubleshooting.
•Inspection & checking clearance of bearing, labyrinths and guide blades
•To organize and follow the production of the mechanical workshop and also all the auxiliaries such as:
• Lubrication pumps (QA and QE)
• Hydraulic pumps (HQ)
• Oil and gas fan coolers
• Centrifugal pumps of fire fighting system
• Valves (basic, gate, ball, …)
• Perform and supervise directly the installation and all the mechanical equipment

Responsible for Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Mechanical Maintenance activities of Static and Rotating Equipments.
Responsibilities:
•Preparing work permits and takes a lead role.
•Prepare and follow the work schedules for periodic maintenance.
•Complete overhauling of Screw Pumps Replaced the Buses.
•Installation of Pumps on Skids and Alignment between Pump and Primover.
•Maintenance and service of Centrifugal Pumps, Screw pumps, reciprocating Pumps, heat exchangers, high pressure reactor, Agitator, Gear Boxes & Cooling Tower.
•Repair& Reclaimed Pumps, Compressor Valves & Accessories.
•Involved the commissioning activities (Alignment) Screw Compressor
To Manage the overall Maintenance responsibilities. Since the stage I have participated all Installation, commissioning, start up and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
•To Guide Proper Safety during the execution of the job.
•Maintenance and service of Centrifugal Pumps, Screw pumps, reciprocating Pumps, heat exchangers, high pressure reactor, Agitator, Gear Boxes & Cooling Tower.
•Carry out Annual maintenance and Inspection of boiler.
