• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks that threaten on time completion or cost escalations
• Reviewing outcomes at the conclusion of each project to identify lessons learned to ensure a company culture of continual improvement
• Monitoring and controlling all technical aspects including evaluation of suitable design, materials and methods Key Achievements:
• Purchased several blocks of flats (5, 10 and 15 units) c successfully converting to fully serviced apartments; establishing a management team to market and book through Airbnb and Booking.com, provide housekeeping and repair services. Impressive ROI enabled successful refinancing options to develop this part of the business/maintenance and take advantage of the rapid growth of opportunities in this area
