• Checking the documents to be submitted by
subcon teams.
• Coordination with site engineers, to check and
verify the site if ready for acceptance based on
the timeline of implementation by subcon
teams.
• Assist the Project Manager in handling with
subcon team, reports and documentation
submitted by teams.
• Verifying the site from integration teams if the
site is already unlocked.
• Planning and scheduling of sites that are
ready for functionality testing and on-airing.
• Site inspection
• Checking of sites for troubleshooting, punchlist
clearing.

• Managing with clients for the sites that are
ready for PAT Acceptance.
• Assist teams in handling issues to clients
regarding the access issues, on-airing sites,
acceptance of sites, sites with punchlist that
are cleared already, issues with building
admin/owner.
• Monitoring of sites, end to end implementation
of sites.
• Supervising of sites, from on-airing of sites to
PAT acceptance schedule and accepted
• Coordination with documentation teams for
checking of documents submitted and sites
accepted that are ready for billing objectives.
• Closed monitoring of sites for acceptance and
sites with pending issues
• Supervising subcon teams and driving teams to
finish target based on commitment deadline.
