Deliver professional advisory services in commercial, contract, and project management for CAF Australia, ensuring effective negotiation and resolution of all infrastructure commercial issues associated with the Regional Rail Project in NSW, Australia. Report to the Project Director and the Australia Area Manager. Manage commercial claims and dispute resolution, coordinating downstream closure of issues between CAF and subcontractors. Encourage strong ties with downstream parties and back pertinent upstream business claims. Demonstrate expertise in contractual matters, including subcontract establishment, insurances, financing, resource procurement, negotiation, and facilitation of all commercial documentation including development of submissions for legal dispute resolution.
• Optimized budget by 10% through effective commercial management.
• Successfully negotiated claims down to zero.
