I am responsible of breaking down all the company's and other sub-companies' expenses in a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. I have to ensure its accuracy and that the opening and ending balance tally according to the listed expenses.
I am also responsible for keeping track of the company's and other sub-companies' payables and ensure they are paid in a timely manner.
I am also responsible for encoding the workers' timesheets and computing Overtime hours for payroll purposes.
Customer Service Representative
Responding to e-mails regarding customers’ concerns about the status of their online orders, product availability online and at the store, problems accessing their online accounts, and evouchers and promo codes they received that are not working.
Making outbound calls to resolve customers’ concerns in a timelier manner.
Taking inbound calls and Chat sessions when necessary to resolve customers’ inquiries and concern quickly compared with responding to them through e-mails.
Subject Matter Expert
Training newly endorsed customer service representatives to the production floor to ensure they are well knowledgeable about the program.
Attending to the new agents’ queries regarding the Products and Services that the program offers.
Auditing their outputs to ensure that they are adhering to customer satisfaction and the email’s quality requirements.
Ensuring that each agents are performing well and doing what is expected from them.
