I am in charge of all the Social Media Activities for our clients. I also manage a team of 3 people in the department.
Daily activity included enlarging my personal database of potential clients. Generating cold calls/ warm calls, assigning appointments for meetings with clients to provide them with a free financial consultation and an overview of the benefits we have to offer, from there a sales plan could be discussed.
I Sense company deals with festivals, events, and PR in Lebanon. I am the liaison between the company and the clients. I meet with different companies in an attempt to formulate new business connections. My role is to expand the company's clientele database. I have a big responsibility to constantly strive to bring in more clients and at the same time maintain our existing clients satisfied. Part of this includes me visiting important events and festivals that are happening around the country in an attempt to meet new potential clients.
