Responsible for taking incoming client pick-up request calls in a professional and responsible manner
Keeping and maintaining accurate records of all the inventory and stock in the warehouse.
Authenticating the goods in the received shipments and maintaining note of any discrepancies.
Coordinating the receiving and dispatch of goods with transporters and suppliers.
Ensuring the proper handling and storage of goods and supplies.
Makes sure that quality assurance and quality checks are maintained
Supervises and handles warehouse workers/labour
Responsible to pre all invoices and lpo for delivery
Responsible for communicating to higher levels of management about the workers/labours daily achievements, needs and desires.
Give all customers prompt and courteous service.
Assists and advices the customers about company products.
Recommends color scheming to the customers.
In charge in receiving and handling of stocks replenishment from time to time.
Provides extra services to gift wrap customers’ items.
Conducts monthly stocks inventory.
Monitors pricing and bar coding.
Do other duties that may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
Preparing order for pass moving items.
Monitoring stocks oty and monitoring all display in selling area
Coordinate the manager to order some stocks pass moving.
