DESCRIPTIONS AND TOOLS
Coordinate with the supervisor and foreman, initiate tool box tank for the scope of work sequence check the scope of work on the area to know the proper techniques and preparation for the task, preparation of (PTW) permit to work on the permit office and sign in on the permit preparation of tools needed for the scope of work materials tools and equipment needed for the ground and initiate safety first.
Lay out measurement, leveling by using level bar, transit to level the foundational by putting some shim such as tanks, chute, drained chute, filter press machine, smoke tank, vessels exchanger machine, auto cline, screw conveyor, conveyors bucket, bag pump, hopper tank, and other machine such as pump motor, sump pump agitators, gear box and other machines which is related to this job or otherwise fastens them to the foundation or other structures using hand tools and power tools.
For moving and lifting such equipment transferring from other place to another by using overhead crane, moving crane, forklift using other tools such as comma long crane block with the use of slings, and shackles for the lifting.
For repair of machine, check the damage equipment that need to be repair only visual and then prepare. The permit to work on the equipment for zero energy test before the start of work and prepare the right tools and materials needed on the job such as spanners, wrenches, crowbar, adjustable wrenches, fliers, long nose, hammer, ratchets, hammer wrenches, impact wrenches, sockets and some other tools related on the job.
Installation of, motor and pump alignment to couple and coupling of the motor with belts by adjusting the coupling belt and using the straight edge and level bar and putting the right belt tension to normalize the motor electric current.
To install pipes and valves by using the right tools and materials for the scope of work such as combination wrench, connecting pipes, and valves by tightening up the bolts and knots without licking.
Checking of pipes and mechanical works alignment and inspection of damage parts repair and replacement of defective pipe line and the mechanical defects, fittings, flanges, valves, pipelines, gasket, pipe support, pipe spring, pipe shoe, loose both and other related jobs such as PN work for both minor and major repair that need to be improved.
