• Planning the monthly maintenance schedule of all assets use by operations, taking into account maximizing the utilization of available resources (manpower), the labor hours, and the materials required to complete the job.

• Utilizing Maintenance Management System (MMS) - Maximo as the software application for performing work order management, maintenance planning and purchasing tasks.

• Work order management - responsible for receiving, recording, and following up on all types of jobs (preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdowns, special jobs) being undertaken in the workshop. Also maintaining comprehensive management information on all jobs being carried by the workshop.

• Raising and tracking purchase requisitions, purchase orders up to delivery of required support and materials.

• Performing various correspondences by e-mail and phone with third-party contractors, suppliers, Procurement and Logistics Team, and different internal section of the department for the required support, materials, and deliverables.

• Preparing and circulating monthly maintenance schedules for distribution to the various departments in order to ensure that equipment is made available for maintenance work and to achieve 95% Preventive Maintenance completion target (KPI).

• Collaborating with different stake holders in monitoring work schedules on a daily basis. Seeking confirmation from operations at least one day prior to the scheduled maintenance date to withdraw operationally critical equipment and advice maintenance teams accordingly.

• Attending all breakdown calls from customer departments and recording the same in the fault log and conveying the information to the workshop for the necessary action. Also assign a work order number for tracking purposes.

• Monitoring and carrying out regulatory and legislative compliance of certification validity of Load Test and Calibration Test of different assets.

• Maintain the library of manuals in order that technicians & Maintenance Planners can refer to the manuals for maintenance procedures and spare parts requisition.

• Creating Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programs and associated these programs on Microsoft Excel for simplifying updating/automation of database also use for data analysis.
