• Planning the monthly maintenance schedule of all assets use by operations, taking into account maximizing the utilization of available resources (manpower), the labor hours, and the materials required to complete the job.
• Utilizing Maintenance Management System (MMS) - Maximo as the software application for performing work order management, maintenance planning and purchasing tasks.
• Work order management - responsible for receiving, recording, and following up on all types of jobs (preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdowns, special jobs) being undertaken in the workshop. Also maintaining comprehensive management information on all jobs being carried by the workshop.
• Raising and tracking purchase requisitions, purchase orders up to delivery of required support and materials.
• Performing various correspondences by e-mail and phone with third-party contractors, suppliers, Procurement and Logistics Team, and different internal section of the department for the required support, materials, and deliverables.
• Preparing and circulating monthly maintenance schedules for distribution to the various departments in order to ensure that equipment is made available for maintenance work and to achieve 95% Preventive Maintenance completion target (KPI).
• Collaborating with different stake holders in monitoring work schedules on a daily basis. Seeking confirmation from operations at least one day prior to the scheduled maintenance date to withdraw operationally critical equipment and advice maintenance teams accordingly.
• Attending all breakdown calls from customer departments and recording the same in the fault log and conveying the information to the workshop for the necessary action. Also assign a work order number for tracking purposes.
• Monitoring and carrying out regulatory and legislative compliance of certification validity of Load Test and Calibration Test of different assets.
• Maintain the library of manuals in order that technicians & Maintenance Planners can refer to the manuals for maintenance procedures and spare parts requisition.
• Creating Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programs and associated these programs on Microsoft Excel for simplifying updating/automation of database also use for data analysis.
• Performing comprehensive Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Ground Support Equipments (GSE) as laid out by workshop defined procedures, manufacturer’s recommendation, and/or as directed by maintenance supervisors :

• Performing repair and maintenance of Ground Power Units (GPU) from:
• Axa
• Houchin
• Hitzinger
• Troubleshooting and repairing all kinds of electrical related faults with the aid of manufacturer’s electrical schematics/diagrams.
• Troubleshooting/diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems faults.
• Performing refurbishment activities on the electrical and mechanical systems of ground support equipment (GSE) to improve their running condition and further prevent unscheduled breakdowns.
• Performs necessary equipment upgrade as required by the workshop or service bulletin from the vendor.
• Completes relevant work orders documents to enable releasing of equipment in Maintenance Management System (Maximo) as well as physically releasing equipment for operation.
• Perform complete engine overhauling with Senior Maintenance Technician:
Engine parts assembly in accordance with the engine workshop manual (i.e., cylinder block, head, crankshaft, camshaft, timing gears, valves, etc.)

• Troubleshoot faulty mechanical and/or lift functions by rectifying electrical or hydraulic related faults with the aid of service schematics.
• Rectifies faulty electrical circuitry, starter motor, Electronic Control Unit (ECU), relays, contacts, electronic control modules, outrigger control modules, limit switches, overload sensor/modules and repair/replace them when necessary.
• Repair wiring problems.
• Perform Overload Calibration to ensure operation within safe working limits.
• Perform battery maintenance.
• Checking and interpreting machine ‘error codes’ to pinpoint root causes.
• Perform diagnostics to check the status of inputs and outputs, limit switches, and machine software settings.
• Facilitating training to customer’s equipment end users or operator.
• Corrective and preventive maintenance of TEST AREA-burn-in equipment - Troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of electrical system, mechanical system, pneumatic system, electronics and software applications of semiconductor equipments.
• Support for Engineering and Manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure all machines operating.
• Ensure that critical machine indicators are met - updating of daily indicators and activities in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
• Programing automatic data processing using Macro and Visual Basic for Applications of Microsoft Excel use for data analysis.
• Develop Response Flow Checklist (RFCs)/Best Known Methods (BKMs) in Microsoft Word document and archiving the document in the network drive.
• Design / implement critical success indicators (CSI) and preparing a PowerPoint presentation for the Technical Forum for Technicians and Engineers.
