• Inspects supplies and equipment for serviceability, types and quantities. Assists in the preparation of furniture equipment requirements for budgeting purposes. Acts as liaison between appliance and equipment repair representative and JUSMAG Philippines.
• Directs delivery and receipt for all office and quarters' equipment, furniture and appliances. Ensure that all JUSMAG equipment pick-up and turn in from and to authorized supply point are properly attended.
• Responsible for providing and ensuring incoming JUSMAG officers issued required furniture and appliances for their essential needs.
• Perform clearance of quarters for all departing JUSMAG Phil personnel. Coordinates pick up, delivery, and turn-in of all JUSMAG furnitures, equipment and appliances to appropriate agencies to include JUSMAG. Submits appropriate work orders for supplies and services required by JUSMAG to meet operational requirements.
• Maintains records of individual hand receipts and document register of all non-expendable supplies for inspection and ready reference.
• Performs and maintains inventory of all furniture, equipment and appliances issued to officers' quarters/residence, office as well as to personnel for proper accountability.
