HR Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for all Human Resource related duties.
• Manage full on-boarding and off-boarding employee cycle.

• Onboarding
o Post job demands, shortlist candidates and conduct interviews
o Coordinate with recruitment or manpower agencies as required
o Prepare offer letters and assist in employment contract preparation.
o Process the Visa, Resident Permits and other Official Documents.
o Endorse new staff to their respective department head or supervisor.
• Off boarding
o Review resignation letters
o Prepare final settlement as per contract and company policy
o Prepare final clearance and visa cancellation request.
o Ensure the adherence to the Qatar Law & Company off-boarding policy.

• Manage and maintain the employee database to keep track of all necessary information of each employee.
• Supervise and assist in QID, Passport, Health Cards, Health Certificates, Licenses renewals
• Develop an efficient working system of filing and documentation physically and digitally.
• Payroll Preparation (WPS)
• Check and review employee attendance through biometrics and manual timesheets including overtime reports.
• Compile and reconcile salary deductions and reimbursements
• Prepare salary increment letters to be updated in the payroll
• Address and solve different employee related issues.
• Prepare correspondences and memo as required.
• Assist in updating company policies and ensure proper implementation
• Be up to date with the current Qatar Labor Laws.
• Perform other HR Related duties and projects as per company requirement.

Accounts / Finance Duties & Responsibilities
• Handles and supervises daily accounts operation

• Accounts Receivables
o Manage the registration of new customers in the billing system (POS).
o Maintain and update customer database with proper documentation
o Check and review contract, agreements and purchase orders
o Supervise and monitor the daily sales & collection.
o Prepare sales orders, delivery notes and invoices as per the customer requirements (standard or customized).
o Check any discrepancies or changes in the sales invoices and make the necessary update or adjustment.
o Prepare Credit Notes or Debit Notes as required
o Compile and report Monthly Sales Report
o Follow-up with customers regarding the outstanding invoices.
o Maintain an updated & accurate Customer Statement of Accounts.
• Accounts Payables
o Manage Petty Cash Transactions.
o Review supplier Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices and other relevant documents.
o Prepare and process payment request (cheque/bank transfer).
o Maintain a general expenses and payables database.
o Coordinate with procurement department and direct suppliers for the disbursement of payment
o Track all issued cheque with relevant documentation

• Generate & analyze simple financial statements for efficient reporting.
• Conduct and administer sales audits for retail outlets and branches, stock and inventory audits for kitchen, chemical and stationary stores.
• Maintain working templates (MS Word/Excel) for efficient reporting.
• Assists in various Finance related projects as required (SAP Migration)

Other Duties & Responsibilities
• Propose and implement other administrative procedures and perform relevant support duties.
• Review and analyze existing agreements or contracts to assist the management in the decision making.
• Create & maintain excel sheet templates for various purposes in different departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports as per the customer requirements.
• Serves as a valuable source of information and records especially for the Finance Department.
• Arrange and conduct relevant meetings internal or external.
