Project KivuWatt - Gas Extraction Facility, Lake Kivu - Rwanda, € 10.023.000, 00, I worked as a back office Quantity Surveyor for all activities regarding an EPC construction.
Mediator (Claim Management) in a Contract Closure, of over 107 Million Euros. I was hired to work independently, managing a mediation team with the purpose of delivering a closure to the contract. My responsibilities were to manage the mediation team, submit and discuss diverse claims concern to the construction above, and to mediate them with the construction owner team (CRM). At the end we achieved a net positive result of near 4 Million Euros due to the mediation.

Project Manager - Bidding, Procurement, Site Managing, Planning, Contract Management:
Structures and Bridges Construction on Sections A, B, C, D, F and I, in the Contract: Road sub-concession of the Alentejo, € 371, 923, 265.00. The contract was to build roads and highways in the sub-concession Baixo Alentejo, on an extension of approximately 344 km. I was the Project Manager for the bridges and structures construction in Sections A, B, C, D, F and I. These meant I was the responsible for all aspects of operations in the construction of 2 Bridges (Ponte de Santa Margarida do Sado e Ponte Ribeiro do Nabarro) and 14 other structures (viaducts). I managed all of the activities on site, and also procurement, technical analysis of all projects, project planning, contract management, and contact with clients (CRM).
From March 2007 to February 2011
Head Manager for Planning, Estimation, Cost Control, Measurements, and Contract Management:
Metropolitano de Lisboa - ML 644/06 Construction of the Red Line Extension between Gare do Oriente and the Lisbon Airport, € 107, 461, 026.86. The contract was to build 3.3 km of NATM tunnel excavation through 9 Attack Wells, and the execution of three subway stations (Moscavide, Encarnação, and Aeroporto). In this venture, I worked directly dependent on general management; coordinating the teams that were responsible for time scheduling, estimation, cost control, measurements and contract management, in the preparation of claims to be submitted by the contractor.
From July 2005 to March 2007
Civil Engineer / Site Manager in the Contract:
BRISAL - Highway and Structures of IC 8 - Louriçal (IC 1) - Pombal (A1 - IP1), € 18, 410, 000.00. The works comprised the construction of 11.6 km of highway, including all the accessory works and 10 Structures (viaducts). These meant I was the responsible for all aspects of site operations. I managed all of the activities on site, project planning, and contact with clients (CRM).

C.M. Loures - Residential Buildings Roofing Repair, Loures, € 99.904, 00.
All of these projects included different activities such as demolitions, structural reinforcement, new concrete structures, sewers, electrical infrastructures, water supply and reparations.
