Developing a new estate agency into a profitable estate agency since I started in the company the volume of business has increased from 200% and its currently at 400%.
My main duties include the overall managing of the sales and leasing team of about 12 employees below me, daily track of revenue meetings with marketing companies to expand our brand and services. Branding our sister company which is business set up immigrations and second citizenship.
On a daily basis I would be headhunting new agents building relationships with relocating companies sin order to generate maximum leads and working with corporates like Nestle exclusively in order to house any new employees.
