I provide projects timeline. Execute the project from SD to DD to full CD drawings and specifications. I check and coordinates drawings with structural and MEP drawings. Supervise individual projects from the design team. Attend meetings with client representative, consultant engineers and various suppliers. Coordinates and prepares drawing submittal for acquiring design approval from the governing municipality and civil defense.
Coordinate all the projects to studio managers. Checking all submit drawings with regards to codes and standard. Maintains quality of work for all production studio. Monitor and solve design and technical issues of the projects.

Convert manual drawings into soft copy cad files. Scanning and raster editing for documentations.
Prepare complete working drawings for the new design structure. Analyze budgetary cost and prepares bills of quantities.
