Duties and Responsibilities:
 Monitoring and Supervision of workforce functioning in all areas to abide with ASHGHAL/KBR/CH2M - HSE Regulations, Safety Standards/procedure and safe working practices.
 Monitored the implementation of POWRA (PTW) in Work Control Center (WCC) such as compliance of POWRA system and procedure.
 Monitoring the effectiveness of contractor safety implementation at site, including lifesaving and emergency response and ensure accurate and smooth operation in line with company approved procedures and Method Statements.
 Ensure that all HSE related documents, files and records are kept and updated, including latest revision of HSE significant documents.
 Assist in the formulation, development, and implementation of field HSEMS elements and programs through the organization.
 Carry out group safety meeting on weekly and monthly basis to discuss the raised safety issues, substandard practice, substandard conditions, reported near misses for corrective action.
 Carry out audits and inspections on weekly/monthly basis for the Construction, Electrical and Mechanical equipment, compressed gas cylinders and perform health & hygiene audit/inspections.
 Assist in emergency drills and exercises with the emergency response team, Medic/First Aider and HSE team leader or a dedicated witness.
 Conducting internal safety audits and compiling reports and monitor HSE statistics and maintain on database and update on HSE bulletin.
 Participate in Project management and Task Risk assessment meetings
 Carry out fire fighting and lifesaving equipment inspection on weekly/monthly basis.
 Check and review all types of permits are being followed and processed safely and efficiently according to Contractor (CHEC)-PTW system and PTW procedure.
 Coordinate and Report unsafe practices and unsafe conditions and ensure immediate rectification.
 Ensure the compliance of company Waste Management System on site.
 Inspect all mandatory and necessary requirements for confined space entry/activity and ensure compliance are being followed.
 Ensure risk assessment and compliance of all SIMOPS operation, Hot Works, Work at heights, Lifting Operations, Mechanical, electrical and Civil activities working in the same location.
 Prepare Incident & Accident report in a timely and efficient manner and intervene on work operation/process for any HSE issues for immediate rectification.
 Identify and analysed construction hazards and risks and takes necessary steps to mitigate the risks, including stopping unsafe work or unsafe acts & behaviours.
 Ensures that all control measures specified on each work permits are followed and maintained by Contractor / Sub-contractor’s workforce.
 Conduct HSE awareness campaigns in form of safety presentations and safety talks directing to all staff/personnel’s of Contractor / Sub-contractors.

 Reviewing HSE deliverable's/documents & drawings submitted by the Contractor throughout Engineering phase as per EPC Contract scope of work.
 Provide comments and ensure that comments, recommendations are incorporated in the revised documents prepared/develop by Contractor.
 Carry out safety monitoring, inspection and supervision at work site with systematic and proactive approach.
 Ensure company safety induction are implemented by Contractor to all new employees prior deploying to job site.
 Monitor and ensure proper PPE are issued and used by the employees and ensure Tool Box Meetings (TBT’s) are conducted daily prior start of work/activities.
 Conduct hazard appraisal and review Task Risk Assessments, JSA, Work procedure and Method Statement prior to job execution.
 Monitor and ensure update of the Contractor/Subcontractor safety records and documents.
