Consultant for (International) Projects and Businesses on Strategy Design, Monitoring & Evaluation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable
Development Goals. Various sectors, focus on maximalizing sustainable impact.
To advise programme managers and staff members how to integrate and monitor objectives on SDG 5 (gender), 8 and 12 (CSR) into international development projects for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Specialization in the MENA-region. I am also the M&E-lead (Monitoring & Evaluation) of the National CSR Helpdesk and project leader of the Transparency Benchmark/National CSR Reporting programme for the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate.
To design (systemic) project plans, Theory of Changes (ToC's) and learning agenda's, and to monitor and evaluate international development projects for the Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs. I also advised and worked closely with programme managers and staff members to use insights from reflexive monitoring to improve the overall project implementation and prioritization of its activities. Specialization in the MENA-region.
To advise programme managers and staff members how to integrate and operate objectives from the overall 'Sustainable Strategy 2020-2025' into their new and ongoing international development projects. Also to monitor and evaluate on the progress on these matters. Specialization in projects supporting SMEs in the MENA-region to export to the EU.
Relationship management and recruitment of interested parties (like potential project participants and partner-NGO's) for Erasmus+ training courses throughout Europe.
To support the development of courses on women empowerment in Jordan, and to report on the results and participation rates. In addition, to write proposals and apply for fundraising opportunities.
