My main work is to draw complete electrical shop drawings (lighting, power, low current, high composite, low composite, keypad, AC) for big projects including detailed single line diagram and labels. Drawings also include various sections to show located items where needed. Besides that, I am responsible of pricing tender and/or modified apartment within an accurate variation offer.
I have gained a lot of information regarding the whole process of the factory, which is the cement production, in general and the electrical process in particular.
- Synchronization between power sources : feeder and kadisha
- Power distribution
- Faults: earth fault, over currents.
- Reducing starting current by means of load shedding, starters, or variable frequency drives.
- Sensors: level sensors, flow sensors, and thermocouples.
- Tools studied as the insulation meter, fault cable locator, gear motors, canonical motors, magnetic field controller machine …
