Position: Accounts Receivable Officer/ Data Entry Operator
(June 2014 to present)

Duties and Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable Officer

• Responsible in preparing monthly revenue projection
• Proactively involved in achieving monthly revenue targets by following up client payments and receivables
• Liaise with the different technical departments to resolve client complaints and assure their confidence in company services
• Prepares invoices, summary reports and back up account documents
• Updates client payment on Microsoft Dynamics/ GP system

Duties and Responsibilities- Data Entry Operator

• Collects material and sample test results from technicians and finalize reports for client submittal
• Compiles and verifies accuracy of test results and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviews test result data for deficiencies or errors, corrects any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Generates reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Applies data program procedures and keeps information confidentiality
