The first 3 years I was Managing all the projects for the Beauty Brands in the Middle East. Assessing all the work from the Design stage until the site execution.
From 2014 - 2016 I have been in charge of the overall Refurbishment project for the Bloomingdale's Department store in Dubai with emphasis on the refurbishment of all the Luxury SIS design brands.

• Handling the over all Planning and coordination of the Bloomingdale's store project.
• Handling almost 72 Luxury Brands from the Design Stage until site execution.
• Managing and coordination with External consultants, Clients, Mall and Local Govermental entities.
• Organizing and Planing the design meetings with the internal Team and external contractors.

I’ve been responsible for managing all aspects of a project, estimation, cost control, Quality and co-ordination with clients/ Brands/consultants. Supervising staff and ensuring timely completion of the project as per the specification.
· As Project manger and Designer I was responsible for managing all aspects of a project; following the co-ordination with clients/consultants, and contractors. Supervising finantial costs, Identifying client needs for the project, cost control, Global Budjets/estimation as well as supervising the construction sites insuring the timely completion for the projects with the maximum of Quality and following all the required specifications and deadlines.
Personal skills and competences:
·Leading a team of 5- 10 members from planning and execution of projects
·Attending meetings with Brands, Clients and planning budgets and strategies for developing the required
stores/projects and concept designs.
· Maintaining relationship with vendors and contractors
· Assessing the work of designing team for construction projects
· Responsible for regular meetings with executives for new contracts and designs implementation in projects
Design Manager & Project Manger - BAMdesign studio in Milan.
• Responsible for the concept design, furniture design and site work for the boutique / showroom MARIA at Dubrovnik (Croatia).
• Project manager for a number of Dolce&Gabbana retail stores in the United States and Canada.
Designer - Mutti & Archittects studio in Milan.
Projects included:
• The conversion of an industrial area in Milan (Gio Style) into 28 residential units.This was part of a lager project for residential and office space.
• Experience in the construction site
• Responsible for all the Interior design and execution of all the offices and apt Lofts.
• Furniture Design - I designed a dinner table that right now is under production and on the market with the company called SKITCH.
- Degree in Industrial Design at the Industrial Design Faculty at The Politecnico of Milan University, The subject of my degree thesis was: “An Itinerant Design Museum for the Old City Gates of Milan.” My supervisors were Andrea Branzi
