 Recruitment & Selection- Handle all the recruitment process, post vacancies online, screen CV’s, schedule interviews, coordinate with other management, conduct reference check, prepare job offer, exit interviews and conduct HR Orientation, making sure all documents are submitted to the HR and in the employees file.
 Training- Conduct training to employees (product knowledge, up selling, HR Policies and procedures, Organization vision and mission and conduct the month meeting of Employee of the month.

 Insurance- Get yearly quotations from insurance companies and make sure all employees are insured, submit employees insurance request and follow up with insurance companies.
 Payroll- Conduct the monthly payroll, make sure all the attendance will be submitted on time with alignment with employees punching, sick leaves, unpaid and vacation leaves; etc.
 Budget- Prepare the HR Budget and submit to the Finance and GM for approval and update it.
 Handle all the HR tasks on daily basis.
