PR

Events Organized
 Prepare an annual strategic PR plan.
 Coordinate and implement where necessary the PR plan either directly or through the PR Agency.
 Coordinate with the PR agency with regard to their workload, workflow, budgets and performance based on preset objectives and tasks and measure the performance of the press monitoring service given by the PR agency.
 Create, maintain and grow a database of local, regional and international (trade) press.
 Prepare coordinate and implement all necessary press conferences, press gatherings, press interviews and any other direct contact with the press.
 Write and compile brief and material required by the creative team.
 Execute all relevant media accounting & administrative duties including campaign set up and maintenance.
 Train and guide reporting personnel.
 Periodic website updating in coordination with the service provider.
 Publish Newsletters, Training Calendar and other issues / publications.
