•Maintain CFO daily schedule and coordinate meetings
•Coordinate with various companies and banks for KYCs, UBO, Opening accounts, facility requirements, Signatory Changes, Online Banking requirements
•Work Closely with Legal
•Organize, update and maintain files in an orderly manner. Maintain E - files as well.
•Coordinate all business trip requirements such as travel, hotel stay, meeting schedule, prepare files etc..
•Coordinate with Banks for all financial requirements of the CFO and organization
•Coordinate department and finance community events, when required
•Liaise with internal and external departments on various issues.
•Update Salesforce CRM
•Benchmarking Surveys,
•Report Analysis and Revenue Loss Analysis
•Manage Sharepoint Intranet for Unit, Department and overall organization
•Manage internal and external (Client) communication
•Manage ‘communications’ email address and ensure that all emails are responded to and/or delegated to the right department or person
•Contribute as part of the communications team in both strategic and tactical ‘brainstorming’ sessions
•Handle high level delegation visits to TECOM and provide relevant support
•Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures for regulating and streamlining TECOM communications
•Support in developing communication plans, strategies and guidelines

Organized CSR events such as blood donation drives and Breast cancer awareness sessions
Lead an online project ‘Jira’ to monitor workflow and enhance efficiency
Act as focal points between Marketing and various internal departments

Organize, manage and deliver all aspects of the Group’s special events including PR, logistics, programme development, print production, budget management, attendance at the event and post event follow up. This is done in conjunction with appropriate committees, working parties, internal teams and external suppliers.
Prepare Annual Events Calendar in coordination with the GM.

PR
Events Organized
Prepare an annual strategic PR plan.
Coordinate and implement where necessary the PR plan either directly or through the PR Agency.
Coordinate with the PR agency with regard to their workload, workflow, budgets and performance based on preset objectives and tasks and measure the performance of the press monitoring service given by the PR agency.
Create, maintain and grow a database of local, regional and international (trade) press.
Prepare coordinate and implement all necessary press conferences, press gatherings, press interviews and any other direct contact with the press.
Write and compile brief and material required by the creative team.
Execute all relevant media accounting & administrative duties including campaign set up and maintenance.
Train and guide reporting personnel.
Periodic website updating in coordination with the service provider.
Publish Newsletters, Training Calendar and other issues / publications.
