Offering therapy for difficulties relating to mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, addiction, social and interpersonal problems and challenging behavior.

Assessing the client's needs, abilities or behaviors using a variety of methods, including psychometric tests, interviews and direct behavior observation.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside with doctors, nurses, social workers, education professionals, health visitors, psychiatrists and occupational therapists.
Advising and monitoring appropriate programs of treatment, including therapy, counseling or advice, in collaboration with colleagues.
Offering therapy for difficulties relating to mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, addiction, social and interpersonal problems and challenging behavior.
Providing consultation to other professions, encouraging a psychological approach in their work.

Sensitize educators to the difficulties they can identify among students in order to refer them to the psychologist
Establish psychological assessment detailing the difficulties presented by the student to take the necessary actions: counseling, parental guidance, recommendations for teachers, etc.
If needed, receiving individually students and/or their parents.
Participate in the admission interviews of the new students
Searching, together with teachers and/or parents, the adjustment educative lines and find appropriate forms of assistance

In charge of following up on problematic cases, academic and social problems, psychomotor and speech difficulties.
Responsible of individual and group intervention amongst students and general prevention techniques for the school.
