Job Profile:
 Active participation in preparing the sales and operating budget for the Concept operation in the territory.
 To monitor Sales and Gross margin achievements against set targets and take appropriate actions.
 To oversee Inventory Management and Stock Distribution, review and deal with fast / slow lines, new Launches and end of ranges, ensure stock levels, minimize floor and transit shrinkages and take necessary corrective actions.
 To organize Annual & Perpetual Physical Inventories.
 To price merchandise as per norms and matrix format; verify and implement price revisions.
 To consolidate and analyze product feedback - quality, style, colours, quantities, price etc.
 To oversee returns and stock consolidation - return stock to the sales floor, warehouse, manufacturer or other stores.
 To ensure consistency in implementation of retail standards across all stores in the territory.
To provide monthly feedback on competitor and event activities

>Resolve work-related problems, prepares & submit sales report.
