Job Profile:
Active participation in preparing the sales and operating budget for the Concept operation in the territory.
To monitor Sales and Gross margin achievements against set targets and take appropriate actions.
To oversee Inventory Management and Stock Distribution, review and deal with fast / slow lines, new Launches and end of ranges, ensure stock levels, minimize floor and transit shrinkages and take necessary corrective actions.
To organize Annual & Perpetual Physical Inventories.
To price merchandise as per norms and matrix format; verify and implement price revisions.
To consolidate and analyze product feedback - quality, style, colours, quantities, price etc.
To oversee returns and stock consolidation - return stock to the sales floor, warehouse, manufacturer or other stores.
To ensure consistency in implementation of retail standards across all stores in the territory.
To provide monthly feedback on competitor and event activities
>Automatically takes full responsibility of Manager in his/her absence.
>Coordinates & cooperates with the implementation of the company policies & guidelines with
in the shop, with the In-Charge.
>Collaborates with the In-Charge on unique situations where conditions require a coordinated
result.
>Monitors & checks availability, condition & maintaining of stocks.
>Aware & enforces all promotional & marketing activities in the selling area.
>Makes sure customers are well assisted & attended to by myself & the staff.
>Provides sales support on all sections.
>Familiar with cashiering systems and procedures.
>Knowledgeable on sales reports & mindful of cash flow within the shop.
>Provides extended customer service on exceptional circumstances.
>Acquainted on most products within the shop.
>Knowledge of movement & inventory of stocks.
>Attends training on new launches & promotions.
>Recommend and approve improvements necessary to facilitate all merchandising activities in order.
>Establish work priorities & ensure deadlines and quota are met and procedures are follow.
>Plan administers & control budgets for projects, programs, support services & merchandize.
>Resolve work-related problems, prepares & submit sales report.
