Managing the day-by-day operations of the office, organising and maintaining files and records, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, managing projects and conducting research, preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations, managing all travels, visa arrangements and preparing the quarterly travel plan for all the Senior leadership team
