• Prepares concept drawing proposal with reinforcement details of precast structures that is required during tender stage for quotation purposes.
• Provide support and assistance to the structural engineers in updating comments and changes in their calculations using Etabs.
• Provided technical engineering support and project management for design, engineering and development of precast products.
• Used ETABS, Prokon, Concise and Revit to meet design specifications for functional prototype.
• Prepares precast fabrication drawing and As Built Models and Drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Monitors the daily accomplishments and daily fabrication drawing issuance for every project using Microsoft Power BI.
• Provide support and assistance as well to IT department by monitoring and keeping proper data in the system related to design department.
• Issuing, updating and coordinating to concerned QC Engineers for the responses of the Internal and External Non-Conformance Report.
• Control and monitoring the records of NCR files along with its Log for management reports presentation.
• Performing document controller work such as preparing letters, issuance of fabrication drawings, submission of drawings and technical submittals to client if needed.
• Provide assistance to the quality team for client and internal reports.
• Administration of internal auditing schedules, reports and notification.
• Coordination with Clients and production team for the daily production work.
• Monitor and update calibration register for all test equipment, and arrange recalibration as required.
• Evaluated quality problems and performed assessments to identify and resolve issues.
• Receiving materials delivered to factory and make sure that the material passed the quality standard.
• Prepare Work Inspection Requests prior to cast element and coordinate it to clients.
• Data Entry
Assist the Project Engineer on daily supervision of site works.
• Inspection of rebar installation and formworks alignment before concrete
pouring.
• Monitoring of concrete pouring process. Checking if the concrete dimension is
correctly done.
• Update of daily accomplishments of the workers in site.
• Makes inspection request for the Project Manager inspection.
• Estimates the needed concrete volume for concrete pouring.
Graduated with 1.43 GWA (91-93%) 1.0 being the highest grade.
