This includes developing and setting the work as well as continuous assessment in preparation for SATs, GCSEs, AS and A2 level in English Literature, English Language, Health and Social Care and Media Studies. Post Graduate consisted of proof-reading and editing theses.

Responsible for the induction and orientation process of new contract employees and was directly responsible to the Personnel Officer. Duties included checking and finalising of foreign employees' contracts. Typing and filing of confidential material, initialising the paperwork for the payroll and administration departments. Being the first point of contact for employees who had a grievance or who were experiencing difficulty in settling in an unknown environment. The induction included making new employees aware of acceptable behaviour and basic instruction in Saudi customs, laws and etiquette. From July to October I was Acting Personnel Officer in Employee Relations with duties similar to those outlined above but which entailed more responsibility. Responsible for designing and implementing training programmes for local hire employees.
