DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated.
- Moving forward candidates who are for schedule and done with their interview.
- Dispositioning those no show and rejected candidates.
- Following up recruiters for concerns about the candidate movement.
- Audit Modern Hire set up
- Perform ad hoc tasks required by management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screening interview to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job opening.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Encoded and monitored attendance of the department and prepare daily/weekly/monthly headcount report
- Leave application in ERP system
- Arranged shift schedule and rest day of employees
- Checked and adjusted salary discrepancies
- Prepare reimbursements
- Other adhoc tasks assigned by direct manager
