Have been handling the filing system in the human resource department. have also been involved in te recruitment and induction of new employees. Receiving of phone calls and handling issues to the best of my knowledge, this also involves receiving clients to the office and ensuring they are comfortable and have received proper attention. My work also involves preparation of the payroll system. Also preparation of the invoices and other payments as required by the office. I have also been handling drafting and typing of letters and office memos. The housekeeping team is also under my supervision. These are my major tasks but not limited to any other assignment accorded to me.
