• Gathered all the vouchers prepared by my superior, analyzed the transactions and record the entries in writing and thru computer excel. Make all the necessary adjustment at the end of the month. Input the debit/credit amount per account over T-Accounts procedure and the reports will automatically be generated including Trial Balance, Financial Statements, Balance Sheet and Income Statements.
• Prepare the monthly report of employee’s contribution to SSS, PHIC and HDMF and prepare withholding tax monthly and yearly report to BIR.
• Responsible also for the registration of new employee for issuance of number to the said Government Offices.
• Acts as a Cashier if my superior cannot attend and perform other related jobs.
• Prepare Weekly Payroll & act also as Payroll Clerk if HR Head is not present.
• Assist all departments for Clerical works.
• Sometimes a Liaison Officer.
