Receiving and welcoming guests to the hotel.
* Answering and forwarding incoming calls.
* Receiving and sorting daily mail and incoming packages or deliveries
* Checking in/out guests from rooms.
* Making room reservations and ensure maximize room revenue
* Answering guests queries and handling complaints
* Billing and receiving cash from guests.

Preparing of simple food items like vegetable preparation, salads, cold starters
* Working according to established health and safety guidelines. Kept the kitchen area clean and
hygienic.
* Keeping a check on stock and order for replenishments as and when necessary.
Food and Beverage Area
* Setting up breakfast/bistro or social according to franchise standards.
* Ensuring all breakfast/bistro or social items are stocked and available to guests during posted
hours.
* Maintaining cleanliness of breakfast/bistro or social area, including kitchen.
* Greeting guests and accommodates special requests as needed.
Housekeeping
* Cleaning rooms in accordance to specific brand and company minutes per room standard.
* Replenishing guest room supplies.
* Completing room inspections.
