In the Consumer Activation team, Im responsible for supporting Pierre Fabre’s customer relationship and retention programs including email, SMS, direct mail and customer lifecycle journeys.
For Avène, Klorane, René Furterer and Glytone brands, my missions are:
• Develop and manage all CRM touchpoints including email marketing, retention strategies and new customer acquisition initiatives, defining all steps of the consumer journey.
• Build, QA and execute all email campaigns and SMS
• Build customer segmentation and customer lifecycle journey and use data and innovative ideas, test and execute optimal segments for email and SMS campaigns
• Grow our understanding of prospects behaviors, and customers knowledge with Customer Data Platform to improve the CX and customer retention.
• Build monthly report on email marketing & SMS overall performance: KPI’s, A/B testing, benchmarks. Share reporting, content feedback & best practices with brand & content teams.
Main projects : Europcar Mobility Group, Royal Canin & La Roche-Posay
• CRM Communications project management: relationship & coordination directly with the client
• Data activation: +2M clients and prospects database management
• Management of multi-channel communication plans (focus emailing)
• Creation and routing of campaigns such as Newsletters & Triggers
• Setting up A/B testing campaigns : +10% on the opening rate by optimizing the email objects
• Quarterly business review (QBR): Analysis and interpretation of KPIs and presentation of areas for improvement, recommendations for optimization
In the Marketing team, Im in charge of:
• Managed digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation, resulting in a 21% increase in online engagement.
• Implemented SEO strategies and conducted regular website audits, optimizing content for search engines and contributing to a 15% improvement in organic search traffic.
• Managed digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, effectively allocating budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and achieving a 11% increase in conversion rates.
• Utilized data analytics tools to provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and contribute to a 21% growth in overall online presence and brand visibility.
In the sales team, I am in charge of:
• Client portfolio Management : Direct relationship and coordination with ~50 international clients per events
• Lead generation, prospecting, invoicing: +60 K€ of turnover generated on the Paris Air Show 2017
• Performance monitoring and turnover development
• Customer loyalty strategy, implementation of security and guarding solutions adapted to the customers needs
