I can say that my experience in cashiering and as a Sales Associate is beyond compare. I’ve been working in this kind of field for more than 7 years and I really enjoy the new experience each day brings, because i am dealing with different personalities of customers. Being a Cashier and Sales Associates I’m responsible, first for my Grooming, Smile and Greet every customers who enter and leaving the shop, of course Product knowledge (FAB) is very important as a Sale Staff, Assisting customers according to their needs, suggesting cross selling and up selling, handling customer’s complaints, guid them and provide relevant information. For the Cashiering. first, scanning the items and make sure the price are accurate, collecting payment whether cash or credit, processing refund and exchange items, track transaction on balance sheets and report if there’s any discrepancies, if there is loyalty card explain to the customer how to use and redeem. For me my achievement as a Sales Associate and Cashier is when i serve/full-fill each customer satisfaction by giving the proper or right customer service, because once you full fill their satisfaction they will comeback and they will become a regular customers.
