Responsible to commercial clients for measuring HSE & risk on compliance issues, through ISO 31000, as well as restructuring contracts. Researched and advised on a wide variety of projects from warehousing, through transport & underground/open cut mines to factory floors. Contracts ranged across safety and security of facilities, transport and warehousing from small client spends up to $20 M; delivering exceptional value and exceeding client expectations in project delivery.

Business Productivity Improvement - Mining - Australia & Indonesia
• Conducted HSE audits and inspections on major mine sites (under and above ground) to develop cost effective safe working improvements as well as raising productivity on site by 17%.
• US State Department
o Managed US led development projects in 3 Provinces in Afghanistan. Distributing several million USD for civil engineering projects to rebuild village. Lived and worked independently in Afghan villages.
• Tor Afghanistan
o Organised logistics to support allied forces including transport of fuel from Tajikistan. Provided quality safety handover to coalition forces of loads in hostile environment.
o Responsible for the coordination and implementation of tender, HSE, security and national compliance projects in Afghanistan

o Managed in country support for OSCE Election monitoring team - 35 senior European diplomats - inc. 2 Ambassadors & 4 EU politicians.

Conducted research into Australian Companies’ compliance with Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) regulations. This role also allowed for the development of a new risk management approach on how ASIC could determine businesses which required deeper investigation into their conduct and processes.
