- Assist refugees and migrants travelling under auspices of IOM on ground movements between the field and Beirut.
- Verify refugees’ and migrants’ identities upon embarkation based on the bus manifests received from the office.
- Distribute food to refugees at embarkation points, and report any discrepancies in breakfast packages.
- Act as IOM liaison at border, police or other check points to ensure smooth and safe passage.
- Coordinate arrival/departures to/from destination with the relevant focal point (RSM, VAC, MHAC, PDO, etc.).
- Attend to any special needs for refugees and other migrants, including medical cases and unaccompanied minors.
- When applicable, escort refugees to hotels for overnight accommodation, and assist with room allocations and needs at the hotel until check-out. Ensure refugees embark buses to next destination.
- Inform field team leader and relevant colleagues in the Beirut office immediately of any delays, no shows, incidents or other unforeseen circumstances.

ob Placement Assistant:

- Outreach & follow up with relevant actors about the current TVET Program.
- Daily follow up with the participants on their attendance and schedule.
- Daily follow up with trainers to ensure all trainers requirement are in place.
- Prepare the needed documents for trainers payments and Transportation for participants
- Data entry for all the beneficiaries profiling and registration in collaboration with the M&E team, officers and project Coordinator.
- Match the apprentices with the suitable business or hosting entity.
- Conduct field visits to provide support, when needed to ensure quality implementation.
- Assist in organizing, preparing, and running meetings, workshops, and conferences
- Engage in filing and archiving activities.
- Assist in gathering of monitoring data for project reports.
- Prepare Beneficiary tracker for all project activities.
- Conduct weekly meetings with partners meal focal points.

Teacher Assistant:
Project Funded by the Forum for Cities in Transition (FCT), Business Courses Provided by the Management International University in London
- Outreach for students. Selection based on SOP and predefined criteria.
- Attend meetings with the Course provider.
- Enroll students on Moodle, and monitor their online activities and submission of assignments and Exams
- Organize weekly meetings and discussions on the selected Topics, and coordinate with guest speakers.
- Prepare weekly reports.

Team Leader
Project funded by BMZ, in Collaboration with Care International In Lebanon:

- Supervising the vulnerability assessment data collection for 1500 households by more than 60 volunteers
- Supervising the distribution of goods and services to selected Households
- Prepare distribution schedule
- Help in matching the products and services according to HHs vulnerability score
- Follow up with the drivers, volunteers, providers…
- Conduct refresher meetings, plans and assessment meetings with Volunteers and interns
- Prepare all documentation required based on the SOP

- Conduct interviews with beneficiaries to understand their perspectives and backgrounds, rationale for the need to join the program.
- Keep the beneficiary data updated on Apricot including their grades, attendance, and all related forms that will allow tracking of each beneficiary’s progress.
