Twenty (25) years of continuous and extensive practice in the field of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning, plumbing and fire fighting system engineering design, construction, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance to include chilled water system (variable or constant flow system), water piping network, stairwell pressurization systems, sewage piping network, hot and cold water distribution system, steam lines, boiler, sewage and water treatment plant, fire sprinkler, swimming pool, fountain, potable water booster system, lift station, cold storage, freezer room, storm water disposal system and medical gases. Involved also in the preparation of budget costing, quantity estimate and project supervision. In addition, I was also involved in trouble shooting existing mechanical system, design schemes and value analysis to come with minimum operation and first costs. As college instructor for five years, I was responsible for teaching major engineering subjects conducted research for alternative energy source, improved and locally fabricated agricultural equipment and system.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Performed design calculations of complete Mechanical design system of Mobily Technical Buildings in Sulay, Melgah (Riyadh), Data Center Dammam and Jeddah with Uptime Institute Approval. This include HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and leak detection system. Checked and revised bill of quantities and project specifications. Previewed and revised Aircraft hanger project at King Abdulaziz Airport to include HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting system. Performed design calculations for Al-Hollandi Bank Main Building INMA and AL-RAHJI BANKS. Prepared design sketches for HVAC and plumbing system. Attended Technical meetings and site inspection.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performed design calculations for HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, oil piping, irrigation, domestic and sewage water disposal, supervising in the preparation of engineering drawings, preparing bill of quantities and pricing, project specifications, performing value analysis for HVAC, plumbing, water supply and sewage disposal system. Projects to include headquarters, mess hall, workshops, repair facilities, underground shelter, cold stores, power plant, hangar, schools, club house, soldiers’ accommodation, officers’

Performed cooling and heating load calculations, equipment selection, pipe sizing all
kinds of pipe, Static pressure calculations, pump head calculations, quantity estimates,
preparation of detailed shop drawings, attended technical meetings with consultants,
project scheduling, preparation of technical submittals, project supervision and
commissioning. Project pricing for bidding purposes.

Involved in the supervision of renovation works for 5-star mandarin hotel in manila. works to include review of design drawings, approval of technical submittals, review of shop drawings, technical meetings and discussions, project supervision, prepared technical letters and correspondence and approval of project billing.

1. Responsible for the preparation of engineering studies and design proposal of
HVAC system, cooling and heating load calculations, equipment selection, fire
protection and plumbing system design, attended technical discussions, preparation
of HVAC and plumbing quantity take-off and pricing
2. Maintenance supervisor assigned at King Faisal University; prevented and repair maintenance for chilled water. Centravac and reciprocating water chillers, air handling units, fans, fan coil units, fire alarm, interlocking, pumps and dx split system, air conditioning system, trouble shooting
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for teaching mechanical engineering subjects such as Refrigeration and Air conditioning, Fluid Machines, Machine Design, Heat Transfer, Strength of Materials, Engineering Mechanism Drafting, etc. Responsible in the preparation of instructional materials such as visual aids, hand outs and lesson guide. Responsible in planning a design system of evaluation that was applicable to the subject handled. Responsible in formulating motivation plans for proper encouragement among students.
