- Providing comprehensive general physiotherapy service for inpatients (ICU, Medical/Surgical Wards and Pediatrics)
- Assess and evaluate physical disabilities caused by neurological disorders, stroke, diseases or injuries
- Develops treatment plan according to the patient’s individualized needs
- Deliver physical agents, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other modalities of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient care and comfort
- Maintain and update patient’s records and documents
- Examines patient’s overall medical history and administer tests for strength, flexibility, balance and coordination skills
- Implements programs including therapeutic exercises, manipulations, massage and the use of electro-therapeutic equipments (e.g., ES, TENS, ultrasound, hot packs, cold packs, IRR)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient care and comfort
- Maintain and update patient’s records and documents
- Assess and evaluate physical disabilities caused by neurological disorders, stroke, diseases or injuries
- Develops treatment plan according to the patient’s individualized needs
- Deliver physical agents, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other modalities of care
- Support patients to get through with difficulties and frustrations by guiding and assisting them to accomplish basic task to improve morale, enhance, creativity and other skills
- Provides help and or assistance to patients with physical or learning disabilities to attain highest functional level
- Teach patients and their families about self care treatment interventions
