• Receives incoming calls, emails and inquires.
• Coordinate directly to client managers onshore and offshore.
• Collect specific education, employment and other pertinent information about applicant’s background screening.
• Evaluate applicant’s pre-employment screening.
• Encoding and Posting the policy of all lines.
