In charge in the breakdown maintenance, repair and calibration of all instruments on all oil and gas gathering stations, gas and oil separation plants, oil refinery, gas compressors, oil-gas-water wells, and power plants.
Supervise / work with a group of Instrument Technicians, teach, lead and train them especially the locals how to carry out and execute safely routine maintenance, overhauling and breakdown repairs, calibration, commissioning, start-up and especially troubleshooting on various types of refinery instrumentation and control systems, panel and local mounted pneumatic and electronic process control instruments, including gas analyzers.
Carry out maintenance and shutdown repairs during and every refinery or equipment turnaround and inspection.
Worked in the installation, commissioning and start-up of all offshore platform instruments such as FOXBORO, GOULD, FISHER, MASONEILAN, ECKHARDT for Brunei Shell Petroleum Champion 7 Complex project.
In-charge of the repair, maintenance, calibration, loop checking, commissioning and start-up of all instruments for 24 boilers, air compressors, gas turbines and process controls of SONATRACH LNG.
At first, worked with the commissioning group during the punch listing, hydrotesting, calibration,
loop checking and commissioning of SHEDGUM NGL process and utilities area instruments such as HONEYWELL, BAILEY, FISHER, MASONEILAN and others.
Later and during start-up, was assigned in the Maintenance Department Shift Crew and is in-charge to the whole NGL instrumentation abnormalities/breakdowns and repairs during and after regular working hours.
In-charge and worked with a group of Instrument and Electrical technicians in the repair, maintenance, calibration and especially troubleshooting of both pneumatic and electronic process control such as TAYLOR and ADAR instruments.
Tenders 34.5 K. V. substation, electric motor controls, 469 KVA emergency generator and repair, maintain, overhaul electric motors and controls; and all other electrical equipment.
Graduated Valedictorian, was President of the Student Council and was the Editor-in-Chief of the School Newspaper entitled "TECH CCAT".
